Cream with brown trim is the warmer of the two colorways, an easier match for a dining room sideboard or a pantry finished in wood than a gray box would be. Capacity stays the same: 12 bottles or glasses up to 12 inches tall, inside a frame 13 inches high.
Cream canvas with brown trim runs warmer than the gray version of this chest, which is the whole reason to choose it: against oak shelving, a dining room sideboard, or a pantry finished in natural wood, the lighter shell blends in instead of standing out as equipment stored among the dishes.
The chest spans 18 inches of width by 14 of depth, enough floor for a dozen bottles standing side by side. That footprint suits the deep shelf of a closet or a basement rack, and the hard-sided build keeps the walls vertical so a second chest can sit above it.
Because the interior clears 12 inches of glass height, bottles and tall stemware can be packed in the same chest rather than split between two. A clear windowed panel on the front identifies the contents, and reinforced riveted handles take the weight when a full load moves to a table.
Six-piece black magnet set of four hinges and two handles that gives a steel garage door carriage-house detailing.
Six forest green fabric cubes with grommet pulls, each 11 inches square for standard cube shelving.
