Golden yellow is the warmest option in this group, a tone that carries a dim room rather than receding into it. Six bins arrive in the set, all 11 inches square, built from poly-woven fabric over chipboard with a silver grommet handle set into each front panel.
A golden tone throws light back into a corner where forest green or charcoal would sink, which makes the set worth considering for a basement playroom, an interior hallway, or shelving set away from a window. Six matching faces give a room one strong accent instead of a scatter of competing colors.
Chipboard sides take the outward pressure of a packed bin, so a cube loaded with books or a stack of folded linens holds its shape and keeps the shelf line straight. The poly-woven shell is strong at the seams, which is where a fabric bin gives way first when it gets carried full and often.
Half a dozen covers more than one room: a run of closet shelving, a dorm cube unit, and a living room bookcase can each take a couple without anything looking borrowed. Each 11-inch opening swallows art supplies, paperbacks, or the excess that otherwise migrates from a shelf onto the floor beneath it.
Six-piece black magnet set of four hinges and two handles that gives a steel garage door carriage-house detailing.
Six forest green fabric cubes with grommet pulls, each 11 inches square for standard cube shelving.
