Tapered sides and a metal frame do the work in this bin: the mouth stays open for one-handed drops, and the narrower base lets it sit forward in a cubby. Breathable polyester linen carries a black floral print, and 2 wood handles make it easy to lift off a shelf.
The print covers a breathable polyester linen shell, a cloth that lets air move through stored scarves and knitwear rather than sealing them in. Dark flowers on a light ground also absorb the smudges a fabric bin collects at hand height, which is where most of the contact happens on a low shelf.
Walls slope inward toward the base, so the bin slides into a cubby or between shelf brackets that a straight-sided box would catch on. The wider top keeps the opening generous while the narrower bottom reduces the footprint, which helps on shelving where the depth is fixed and the access angle is awkward.
A metal frame runs through the fabric and holds the rim permanently open, so the bin does not slump when it stands half empty. Wood handles at opposite ends give a firm grip for pulling the whole thing down from above eye level, and the structure keeps its rectangle while it travels.
Six-piece black magnet set of four hinges and two handles that gives a steel garage door carriage-house detailing.
Six forest green fabric cubes with grommet pulls, each 11 inches square for standard cube shelving.
