A plain box with a lid, kept deliberately low: 7.5 inches high across a 16.1 by 13 inch footprint. Textured PET and cotton fabric wraps a frame that folds, and the lid folds with it, so accessories, office supplies, and keepsakes get a closed container that stores flat.
Height stops at 7.5 inches, which is what lets this bin slide onto a shelf that has something above it rather than only onto an open surface. The 16.1 by 13 inch footprint stays wide, so capacity comes from floor area instead of depth, and nothing has to be stacked to be reached.
The shell blends PET with cotton for a surface with visible texture instead of a flat weave, giving a minimalist box some tactile interest on open shelving. Fabric sides also keep the bin light when it holds jewelry, keepsakes, or stationery, so lifting it down one-handed stays routine.
The frame collapses and the lid folds with it, so the whole container flattens into a panel rather than coming apart into pieces that get separated. Closed, the lid keeps dust off small items that would otherwise need their own trays; folded, the bin takes almost no room until the next sort.
Six-piece black magnet set of four hinges and two handles that gives a steel garage door carriage-house detailing.
Six forest green fabric cubes with grommet pulls, each 11 inches square for standard cube shelving.
