Drawers lose their order from the inside out, as small items drift into one corner. This tray fences off 3 bays within a 12 by 6.13 inch frame, so jewelry, accessories, and office odds and ends stay where they were put when the drawer slides shut.
The frame runs a full 12 inches front to back and divides into 3 compartments across its 6.13 inch width. That arrangement suits a sock drawer, a nightstand, or a kitchen cabinet equally: one bay for watches, one for chargers, one for loose keys, with nothing migrating between them under the motion of the drawer.
Hard sides do the structural work while a soft fabric cover wraps the outside, which keeps the tray from marking a painted drawer bottom or a glass shelf as it shifts. The covering also gives a quiet finish inside an open drawer, so the organizer looks deliberate rather than improvised from whatever was on hand.
Grey takes the visual heat out of a drawer holding unmatched things, blending with white laminate closets, raw oak, and painted furniture alike. At 3.13 inches the walls stand tall enough to contain a bundle of hair clips or a roll of cords while still clearing the frame above when the drawer closes.
Six-piece black magnet set of four hinges and two handles that gives a steel garage door carriage-house detailing.
Six forest green fabric cubes with grommet pulls, each 11 inches square for standard cube shelving.
