This one is a toilet paper holder, a column 7 inches in diameter and 15.5 inches tall that stacks up to three rolls out of sight. White paper rope wicker is woven around a steel frame, so the walls hold their round shape instead of slumping when the lid comes off.
The lid lifts off completely, and it carries a slot so a roll can be pulled without taking the top off at all. Day to day the stack stays concealed, and restocking is the only time the lid needs to move. That slot is also what separates this from an open basket, where three rolls sit exposed to whatever gets splashed around a sink.
Paper rope is handwoven around a sturdy steel frame rather than shaped on its own, which is why a 15.5 inch column this narrow stays upright when a knee catches it. The frame also keeps the mouth circular, so the lid drops back into place instead of fighting a warped rim. Load sits on the steel, not the weave.
Seven inches of diameter is about the width of a single roll, so the stack goes vertical and the holder occupies floor space roughly equal to one roll lying down. Three rolls fit inside. The crisp white finish is aimed at contemporary, minimalist and boho bathrooms, which in practice means it reads as plain next to tile rather than rustic.
