The gap under a bed is usually the largest unused volume in a bedroom, and it is only about six inches deep. This bag is built to that figure: 41 inches wide, 18 inches front to back, and 6 inches high, with a clear top for reading the contents.
The entire top is clear PEVA, so folded blankets or off-season clothes inside can be identified before the zipper moves at all. That matters under a bed, where a bag has to be dragged into the open just to be opened, and a wrong guess means doing the whole thing twice.
At 6 inches high the bag slides beneath most bed frames, and the soft synthetic shell flexes rather than holding a rigid box shape, so it slips past a low rail or a slat that a hard container would catch on. The same give lets it fill an awkward closet shelf.
A strap sewn to the bag gives something to pull on when it sits well under the frame, and the zipper opens from either end, so the opening can start wherever the bag happens to be reachable. Loading sweaters or spare bedding takes one hand on the strap and one on the slider.
