Two loads sit in a heavy duty canvas bag here, and the bag fastens to its frame with hook and loop strips rather than hooks or sewn pockets. The frame is white, stands 33 inches high, folds when the laundry stops, and rolls on casters with a handle at each end.
Strips of hook and loop hold the canvas bag against the frame and release it just as quickly, so the bag comes off for washing and goes back on without threading anything. Because the attachment runs along the rim, the mouth stays open and square even when the bag is full.
Handles at both ends and casters underneath turn a full hamper into something steered rather than hauled. Two loads of wet towels are heavy enough that the difference shows on a trip from a bedroom to a basement, and the smooth wheels keep the bag from rocking as it crosses a doorway.
The 19.25 by 17.375 inch frame collapses flat when a household stops generating laundry for a while, which suits a guest room or a seasonal rental. A white finish stays quiet beside pale appliances and painted trim, and it keeps a 33 inch tall object from reading as a dark block in a small room.
Single large canvas tote, 22 inches wide, with a vinyl-coated interior and long reinforced handles that clear a shoulder.
