Beige polyester mesh over a metal springform frame makes a basket light enough that the load inside sets the weight on its own. Long handles on both sides take that load down a hallway or into a car, and the 16-inch round base keeps it upright along the way.
An undyed-looking beige stays quiet in any room, useful for a hamper that moves between a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry area rather than living in one fixed place. Light mesh also shows what is inside at a glance, so a half-empty basket does not get mistaken for a full one.
The two handles are cut long on purpose: long enough to bring together over a heaped opening, long enough to loop over a forearm, and long enough to leave the hands free on a staircase. That makes a 25-inch hamper a carrier instead of a container emptied into something else first.
A metal springform ring holds the beige mesh open and lets the whole basket twist down flat when it is not needed. Because the walls breathe, gym clothes and towels can go in damp without the closed-bin smell, and the 16-inch circle takes little floor space while standing upright.
