Parallel lines run straight across the frame rather than in rings, which suits long items: a sheet can be draped over several runs at once. The total comes to 210 feet across a frame 84 inches wide and 72 inches high, and the top rotates for access to every inch of it.
Lines strung in parallel give continuous straight lengths instead of curved segments, so a flat sheet, a duvet cover, or a row of bath towels hangs without folding over on itself. With up to 210 feet available, one load goes up and the next does not wait for space to open.
The frame is no-rust steel, built for a yard where the dryer stays out through changing weather. Standing 72 inches high on a 72 by 84 inch footprint, it holds a full wash of wet laundry steady, and assembly is part of the setup before the first basket comes outside.
The post rests securely in the ground during use but is not fixed there: it lifts out and comes apart for storage, freeing the lawn for mowing or clearing the yard before winter. Drying this way also spares fabric the heat of a machine and trims what the utility meter records.
